Order Holding & Shipping Policy
 

When placing an order with HitTCG, we are happy to hold your items for up to 30 days from the purchase date. If shipping has not been paid within this 30-day period, your order will be forfeited and no longer available.
 

⚠️ Please note: It is your responsibility to organize shipping. We do not send reminders or chase customers for unpaid shipping.
 

If you’ve contacted us in advance and are experiencing issues with payment, we may extend the hold period at our discretion. We aim to be reasonable and work with our community—just reach out!
